I often find comfort in books. Whether it’s a lighthearted jab or deep words of wisdom, or a moment of inspiration… books have a lot of things to say about life and love and humor and hope.

For me, this is SUCH a hard one, because I have hundreds of quotes saved on Goodreads. There’s a reason why there’s a rotating quotation in my sidebar! Some amuse me, some inspire me, some are just truths. I love books and their wisdom.

that harry potter quote is great. & the queen of tearling & the anne of green gables, I like those but really the rest, not really. it’s probably because I haven’t read those books yet.

Knowing the book definitely does help. I have hundreds of quotes saved on Goodreads that I like for various reasons, and definitely just hit “random” to pull up the ones for this post. :). I’m glad you liked the handful, though!

I love these quotes! I’ve never even heard of The Queen of the Tearling, but that quote is INCREDIBLE. I love that and now probably really need to read the book.
Oh, you really ought to try it out. The first book is amazing and the ending of the trilogy is soooo unsatisfying but also perfect and ahhhhhh definitely recommended.
