Where Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda is this light, fluffy happy story of a boy falling in love, Leah on the Offbeat is a lot grittier.  Sure, Simon had it’s moments.  Goodness knows – it had Martin being a horrible person – but it’s all Oreo cookies compared to Leah. I’m having a weird moment where I don’t know what to say about a book. Simon was adorable.  110% of myself wanted nothing more than his complete and total happiness.  I liked Simon.  I liked Simon a lot.  I wanted to sit and watch his antics and frustrations and being human all day long.  Every time I sat down with this book, it hooked me.  So much love, honestly.
