Happy December, loves. This is it.  This is the end of the year, and fresh with good memories and bad ones – joy and regret.  This is the final push to reach our reading and writing and blogging goals.  I’ll be doing a proper 2018 wrap up tomorrow, but suffice it to say that things went well this year, at least as far as reading goes! You’d think that, reading the title, I’d have figured out going in that this was going to be a retelling of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.  Which, by the way, I did not enjoy.  In fact, I can rarely remember myself being so bored by so short a books, except maybe The Chimes.  So you’d think that, based on my deep disinterest of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, this one would have missed my TBR.
